Saturday March 29th, 9:30 to 11:30
Introductory Talk
Free
Location: West Seattle
In this FREE two hour talk you will learn about the power of the Focusing process and its benefits. Experiential exercises will help contact and listen to your body centered wisdom.
Saturday and Sunday April 12th and 13th, 9:30 to 4:30
Level One: Encountering the Inner Relationship
Workshop fee: $225
Location: West Seattle
Prerequisite: A guided Focusing session or experience Focusing.
Guided session fee: $75 if done in conjunction with attending the workshop.
Discounts for students, if you bring a friend and or registered early
Saturday May 31st and Sunday June 1st
Level Two: Accompanying the Inner Relationship
Workshop fee: $225
Location: West Seattle
Prerequisite: A Level One workshop with any trainer
Saturday June 21st, 9:30 to 12:30
Three Guided Sessions: Do, Watch and Learn!
Fee: $95
Location: West Seattle
Enjoy a guided session and watch while two others are guided. A brief discussion follows each session based on the process not the content. An excellent way to experience Focusing for yourself and watch the process unfold for others.
